Aimco’s corporate headquarters, located at the Stanford Place III building in the Denver Tech Center, consist of 50,000 SF of existing demolition on the 16th and 17th floors. New construction of Class A office space as well as cutting a structural opening in the 17th floor to install a new, custom, grand staircase down to the 16th floor. Renovations will include a bistro style cafe, open concept offices, conference rooms, and a two story common area.
